would like to offer words of encouragement to the under 12's after there defeat today,
from a parent/spectators point of view,
the main thing wrong today seemed to be a lack of belief in yourselves and a major lack of confidence, please believe in yourselves as both individuals and as a team, stop letting self doubt and negative thoughts and comments get in the way of playing the game,
